Our Store Policy

Box Opening:

Please do not open boxes in the bin area. We have two box opening stations located in the front right side and the front left side of the store.

 

Bags/Backpacks:

Please leave any large bags or any other retail bags in in the front or in your vehicle before shopping in the store.

Refund Policy:

All sales are final. We do not accept any refunds nor exchanges once the item has been bought.

Please Check Items:

Please check and test your merchandise at any box opening station prior to paying.

Line Rules:

The line on thursday night will begin at 9 pm.​

Respect The Policy:

Please respect all of our store policies because we want to make it a fun and exciting shopping experience for all of our customers. If our policy rules are not followed may we ask you to leave the store.
